CASE — Wayfinding & Environmental Design

Shared Values in the Workplace

In a project-based creative workplace, people come and go. How, do you establish and sustain shared values over time?

MAKING VALUES VISIBLE

The Metronomes OK project invited everyone to contribute sentences beginning with “It’s OK…” to capture what they valued and what defined their workplace.

We translated these statements into a spatial communication concept, making the values visible—playfully placed in passageways and unexpected corners, never directly in front of anyone’s workspace.

The result turned the statements into a discoverable visual experience, allowing values to be experienced naturally throughout the building.
